Our Story
SkinSational MedSpa opened its doors on July 27, 2020, built from a partnership between Dr. Tracy Provenghi and CEO Peter Gonzalez. What started as a boutique practice has since grown into a Diamond Level, Top 500 medspa nationally, recognition built on the same personal-attention model the practice started with, not a volume-driven one. That growth shows up today in a 4.9-star rating across more than 60 Google reviews from patients across El Paso.
